Our sweetie pie Lucy turned ONE today! We celebrated in the NC mountains and she had the best day — walking Deep Creek, downtown Bryson, finding sticks on our mountain, and bites of steak for dinner. She’s such a quirky snuggly baby and we love her!
A few days later, after spending the night in Gainesville with Kim, we drove to Tampa for a Hite Basset meet up. Lucy got to run around a dog park with several of her siblings and it was so much fun! We couldn’t believe how much she looked like her Momma!! They had a blast running around and greeting each other, although I’m not sure it made any difference that they were actually related. Lucy seemed just as excited to greet non-family member dogs at the park too!
